Preparation: Combine baking mix, 150g butter, 3 eggs, 5 tbsp milk in mixing bowl. Mix briefly on low, then beat on high for about 3 min until creamy. Grease and flour a loaf pan (about 25cm). Pour 2/3 of the batter into pan. Mix cocoa mix and 2 tbsp milk into remaining batter. Spread dark batter over the light batter. Swirl a fork through both layers to create a marbled effect. Bake in preheated oven (180°C; Convection: 160°C) on middle rack. After 15 min, make a 1cm deep cut down center of cake. Check doneness with wooden skewer before removing.
