The DZF-6020 features a 0.9 Cu-Ft 304 stainless steel chamber, large enough to accommodate large samples on multiple shelves. A highly accurate heating rate and wide operating temperature allow for precise extraction and processing. Controlling the DZF oven is a breeze with the easy-to-read digital control panel which displays temperature and timer control settings. A large Hg vacuum gauge adorns the front of the oven allowing for quick easy vacuum level detection down to -30″ Hg. On the front of the oven you will find the vacuum control valve and a vacuum evacuation valve that let you control the amount of vacuum in the chamber quite accurately. The port also allows for muffin control on samples which tend to rise as they are under vacuum. The large access door on the front of the oven opens over 180 degrees, offering plenty of space for placing and removing samples. HFS® ovens offer the largest viewing windows in the industry, made from 1/2″ safety glass and fitted with built-in LED lights. The LED lights have a dedicated switch on the front of the oven to easily turn them on or off. A tight seal around the perimeter of the door ensures a solid vacuum with no loss of suction.
