1996-2004 Nissan Pathfinder Sub Box Sealed This is a straight forward design for a 1996-2004 Nissan Pathfinder Sub Box. This box is full width and as tall as the rear seat which means that I can get great airspace without taking up all the cargo space. Since this box is only 11 1/2″ deep, hardly any cargo space is lost due to a stereo system. This box is 2.27cuft and has a mounting depth of 6 3/4″ and is perfect for four 8s, three 10s or two 12s. We can also fit a 15” in this box. For those that do want some extreme bass, a deeper box can be custom made if you want to fit a couple of subs ported in your Pathfinder. Let me know what you want and I can make it happen for you. This is a sealed subwoofer box. A sealed subwoofer box has a tight and punchy bass that is more articulate and truer to the music with a more natural sound. For customers who want louder deeper bass with the lower bass more pronounced. Because of the ported design, the bass will not be as tight and punchy, but there is double the bass of a sealed box with the same subs. If big bass is what you want then our ported box will be what you want. This box is made of 3/4″ MDF and is fully carpeted in matching carpet. The nickel-plated spring-loaded speaker terminals are mounted on the back of the box and the speaker wires are soldered on for a solid and reliable connection.
