2004-15 Nissan Titan Sub Box King Cab Sealed Full size Import trucks are becoming more and more popular and stereo upgrades are always a must. The Nissan Titan has been a popular truck since Nissan released it, but their premium Rockford Fosgate stereo package is seriously lacking in output. The King Cab and Crew Cab trucks are limited on space because of odd shaped floors and the mounting depth is limited because the bottoms of the seats are steel and not soft foam. My design is different from other boxes out there because I have a different design for the King Cab than the Crew Cab, the different boxes have a different fit. The boxes have an extended top that is designed to hug the trucks floor a little tighter and fill in any gaps. This makes the box fit a lot better with the trucks floor below the seat and look more like a factory design. These boxes can be made as a full-length dual sub design for two 8s, 10s or12s. The box is 1.6cuft total with .8cuft per sub. With the optional metal back plates, a mounting depth of around 5 1/2” is achievable. That is a 3/4″ of extra depth where space is at a premium. Since the bottom of the seats are metal and don’t give like the trucks with only cloth and foam the metal backing plates are the best way to get the extra mounting depth. This is a sealed subwoofer box. A sealed subwoofer box has a tight and punchy bass that is more articulate and truer to the music with a more natural sound. For customers who want louder deeper bass with the lower bass more pronounced. Because of the ported design, the bass will not be as tight and punchy, but there is double the bass of a sealed box with the same subs. If big bass is what you want then our ported box will be what you want. This box is made of 3/4″ MDF and is fully carpeted in matching carpet. The nickel-plated spring-loaded speaker terminals are mounted on the back of the box and the speaker wires are soldered on for a solid and reliable connection.
