2011-2013 Toyota Tundra Crewmax Sub Box Ported The 2007-up Toyota Tundra Crewmax is the first truck from Toyota that has room to easily drop a subwoofer box behind the seat. This box is for the 2011-up Crew Max and will not fit a 2007-10 model. This is a regular forward firing sub box that is 2.19cuft with 6 5/8” of mounting depth for 10s and 6 3/8” for 12s. An extra 3/4″ of mounting depth can be gained by adding one of my steel bumps. This is a full width box and is perfect for three 8s a couple of 10s or a single 12 in the ported configuration. The sealed design is good for a couple 12s, three 10s or even four 8s. If there is anything special you would like let me know and I will get it built for you. This is a ported subwoofer box. Ported subwoofer boxes are for customers who want louder, deeper bass with the lower bass more pronounced. Because of the ported design, the bass will not be as tight and punchy as a sealed box, but there is double the bass of a sealed box with the same subs. A sealed subwoofer box has a tight and punchy bass that is more articulate and truer to the music with a more natural sound. If tight, punchy bass is what you want then our sealed box will be what you want. This box is made of 3/4″ MDF and is fully carpeted in matching carpet. The nickel-plated spring-loaded speaker terminals are mounted on the back of the box and the speaker wires are soldered on for a solid and reliable connection. Toyota Gallery
